Umrah questions, answered
Can I customise a package?
Absolutely. Every package is a starting point — we can change dates, the number of nights in each city, hotel category, departure airport and room sharing to suit you and your family.
Do you arrange the Umrah visa?
Yes. We guide you through the visa process and let you know exactly which documents we need. Your passport should normally be valid for at least six months from your travel date.
Which UK airports can I fly from?
We regularly arrange departures from London Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Tell us where you'd like to start and we'll find the best option.
When is the best time to go?
Umrah can be performed year-round. Ramadan and school holidays are the most in-demand (and priced accordingly); the cooler months from November to February are very popular too.
Can I travel with elderly parents or young children?
Of course. Let us know about any mobility needs and we'll recommend hotels close to the Haram, request wheelchair assistance and plan a gentler itinerary.
